If he hasn't started eating yet, you may want to try him on some chicken and rice for a few days to help get him back on track. Then mix in a bit of his kibble gradually over the next few days. What flavor of Nature's Recipe did you get for him?

Many pups will vomit yellow bile at night if their tummies are too empty. Maybe try feeding him a little meal or a snack right before bedtime might help to stop that.

Hope he's feeling better soon.... how are the lumps doing? Any improvement? How big are they and what color? Where are they on his body?
