Don't worry. Judging from all the post on the subject it's kind of normal for a Yorkie to have a double set of canines. As I said before, Douglas had his pulled out at the time he got his pockets picked (neutered). He didn't even seem to notice his baby teeth missing and went right to eating his kibble as if nothing happened. Of course he was probably occcupied with wondering why he as in a "baby one-sie".
