I have to admit to not realizing what a puppy mill was until I came to Yorkietalk too. I was fortunate that I did not ever buy from a pet shop. I knew vaguely that it was not good because my mom owned a pet shop for years and she never sold dogs or cats. I always thought it was because of having to cage them. Little did I realize there were really people so cruel and mean-hearted that they would allow the conditions I have seen in videos posted on this site. We live and learn. Now you know and of course you will love your little Zach no matter where he came from. |
