I am not familiar with Greenway so not sure if gluten-free.
I do not use instant oatmeal because the processing strips the fiber so I always use whole oats. We just buy Quaker Oats - but it's not certified gluten-free. It's still better than instant though in terms of health benefits and it really only takes 5 mins.
