oh wow thanks for the advice. i'm kinda freaked out about chicken anyways since i keep trying to fry up chicken legs and they always bleed when they're cooked. i hate to eat that now. i'll make sure he really boils good. unfortunately we don't have a meat thermometer at home
and i'm working all day today.
