Sorry you had so many problems. I found just the opposite to be true when we were searching. We are very happy with our YTCA breeder from Ohio.
My advice.... finding a great breeder is not a
sprint, but a
marathon. And, the breeder is with you the rest of your pup's life for advice and support.
