Maybe it's excitement. Sometimes Roxy shivers when we are in the car. She loves to ride in the car. I've come to the conclusion that with her it's an excitement reaction to going somewhere. The shivering stops after awhile, and I know she was not cold when we started out.

It could be that temperature regulator is still immature at this point. If you've had an overload of hot weather this summer like most of us, 60 deg could feel kinda chilly to her. She's still young. I'd keep up with the sweater as long as she's shivering. Her body will probably toughen up as weather gets colder. Hope she likes clothes as much as Roxy!

PS: Get her a warm coat for winter. Roxy wears t-shirts all winter in addition to a coat. Has fleece jammies at night.
