I think that's pretty normal for dogs. Dogs are attention hounds and they don't like it when someone else is getting 'their' attention!
If you just introduced a new puppy to your existing dog; I would continue doing everything 'first' for my older dog. First feeding; first to be greeted; first to get their leash on . . . soon she will figure out that the new pup doesn't mean less for her and her jealousy will ease up.
In the meantime, try to pay more attention to her than your new pup. She needs to know that she has not lost her 'status' in the house. It's hard to do - but it can help their relationship.
