My opinion is get a girl if you already have a boy. Two boys were not a good mix for me. I probably should have gotten both neutered immediately. I had not really planned on another male, but wound up with one puppy left from a litter. So, I decided to add him to the family. It did not work. He was the sweetest puppy ever but my first male did not like adding another male. They started trying to out-mark each other IN the house and out. They fought and never meshed. I finally went back to my original plan of finding him a good home for all our sakes. I have seen others with 2 males that get along great. The ones that seem to have the most luck with multiple males, are those that get them neutered early. So, I guess either way, you can make it work -- just wanted you to know the down side.
