Gym last night new release was hard and it really got my heart pumping so that must be good, tonight I'll do weights mainly my arms with a little bit of cardio. Trying to change my food as well thats hard, loads of fruit and vege and trying out a new recipe for dinner tonight, Chicken breast and broccoli- baked in mushroom soup with a sprinkle of cheese
P.S the cheese cakes were yum and I only had 1, saving 1 for today

if I cut out all yummy food I know I wont stick to my new diet so a little wont hurt -Right?????
