At this point, I would give him some diluted goats milk to drink instead of the formula. I did it for my last litter of puppies when Ellie couldn't nurse them any more. It worked great. I would also get some canned puppy food and pour a little of the goat's milk (warm) on top and see if he would eat it that way. You can also get some baby's rice cereal and mix it with the goat's milk to give him some substance. You can feed all of this with an eye dropper to make sure that he's getting some nutrition. My vet didn't like the idea of goat's milk, but it worked great, a lot better than that formula they try to get you to use.
