I think she will be well over the breed standard. Here are a couple puppy growth charts and you can see she is already off the charts: Yorkshire Terrier - Yorkie Puppy Growth/Weight Chart - watch us grow

Since the parents are also your dogs, you may want to reconsider breeding them. I say this for breed standard but more so for safety of your female. It is not recommended to breed a larger male to a smaller female. If she should have a very large litter of larger pups, it could be dangerous for her. 5-6 pounds is a nice size for a breeding female, but you really should look for a male that is smaller than the female before breeding again.
