It doesn't drag the ground because it is 2 feet, but it extends up to 6 feet as you are walking, it can't touch the ground. It stretches, but it is not super loose. They can feel the resistance as they tug. My dogs walk very well on it. They look up at me wondering if they can keep going further.
I think it is well worth the price. They are very well made. But, maybe some others can share their experience as well.
Keep in mind if you order directly from them they are 24.99 plus 5.00 shipping. So, I do offer them at a better price.
