He's 13 weeks and around 3 lbs. She got him at 10 weeks. You shouldn't have to ask. She should be offering you all of these things. Those are basic questions. Never feel guilty about anything you ask regarding a puppy.

You were smart to ask! Smart to come back and get advice. Way to plan! If you wait around for more advice, I think you will feel better about the questions you asked.
