You shouldn't have to ask. She should be offering you all of these things. Those are basic questions. Never feel guilty about anything you ask regarding a puppy.
You were smart to ask! Smart to come back and get advice. Way to plan! If you wait around for more advice, I think you will feel better about the questions you asked.
