Oh, that's sad for Jesse too and the stress. Zhoie has not had the opportunity to be around kids, she barks and barks at the neighbor's kids. When we do meet a kid and they pet her, she is ok with it. But, when she sees them from a distance she barks like crazy.
I believe it's due to the first time my son came with his 4 little ones, the 3 yr old boy went into the sunroom and almost upset her cage with her in it, now she is upset when she sees a toddler at all.
I don't think it will improve for my Zhoie, but we'll live with it. I wish you luck on overcoming this and things work out for you and your little guy.
