My baby runs around like a nut too when I say you wanna go potty lol. She barely stops long enough for me to get her harness on! She just has an issue with certain dogs, all cats and all squirrels! She FREAKS out when she sees them! She gets so upset and she sounds like shes in pain when she barks. Anyone ever have this issue?
