I wouldn't use any commercial spot drops. There are natural flea repellants out there that work wonderfully and won't cause any problems with a sensitive dog. Cedar oil products work the best (at least for my boys) and you can get it for the yard, home and animal. Check out CedarCide or WonderCide. This stuff is GREAT!
