I know you have taken your little girl to the vet twice already, but I think you are right to be concerned. Most of the time, we know when things aren't right with our babies. One of our little girls went into heat earlier than expected, and she had a false pregnancy. We were hoping to have her spayed and her baby teeth removed at the same time, but we had to wait until after her uterus went back to normal. We waited a few months, but it was still enlarged a bit when she was spayed. It was a very long time ago, but she didn't experience any of the lethargy you are describing.
