God bless you for giving little Teddy a chance! I would go strictly by my vet's instructions and give him plenty of time to adjust. It was our experience in rescue to let them acclimate to their surroundings and watch them to see what seems to make them calm and content. They have to know that they are finally in a safe place where they will always be clean, warm & comfy, never hungry and loved. You may be surprised at the little personality that begins to emerge!
