I just got my Gabby on Thursday but she is 6 months old, I am having same problem. I will walk her around forever outside and then she comes right in and goes on the floor. She has also gone a couple times in her kennel. Please let me know if you find anything that will make him go outside and if I find anything that works I will let you know too. Good luck!
