While in the house either use a belly band or a piddle pad with a two liter bottle with water or something in it so it will not fall over. Put the bottle in the middle of the pad so he can use that for a target. Do you know his back ground ? It will take a while to change his mind set but it will work out. Yorkies are one of the hardest dogs to potty train. Good luck,and hang in there
