I was having the same problem with my 7 month old, she will eat so fast it was like she was not getting to taste the food she ate so fast. I went to petsmart last weekend and bought this silver ball that makes them slow down when they eat you put in the bowl with the food and they have to work around the ball and move it to get to the food, she take out one pieces and drop eat it and go back to the bowl, and it works wonders. I love it.
