I'm not an expert on this topic or anything. I do have two Yorkie boys, but this has never happened to them or any other of my male dogs in the past. I was reading you post and this thought came to my mind: Is your furbaby allergic to anything in that Chinese food? If he is, that might have caused the swelling. I have never heard of this happening, it was just a thought. If I were you, I would take him to the vet or at least call your vet and basically tell him the whole story that you just told us!
