Okay here is what I do; in terms of the handle and the back of the brush; I use one of the disinfecting wipes. I also use a smooth oil to keep the finish on the brushes.
In terms of the pins, and the bottom of the brush head; I soak a comb in vinegar and water and then comb through the pins.
I hope this works for you
