My Ben, seems to love to lick fresh lotioned legs too. I usually gently shoo him away because I don't think the lotion is that good for him and I don't really like him licking my leg. But I doubt it would really hurt them. The lotions are meant to smell good so it is no wonder they are attracted to it. Licking your toes won't hurt them either, but again, it is not something I like them to do so I gently shoo them away from that too.

I have one that likes to lick my chaise which is a microfiber. She licks it until she has a wet spot and sometimes that leaves a mark. I would really like to get her out of that habit too. I don't know anything but consistently moving her from the act and giving a stern "no" when I catch her. I have used the bitter apple on some things, but not fabric.
