I bet it's hypoglycemia. Small meals often with balanced protein and carbs... Things like Kashi granola bars (with about 7 grams of protein) would work well and are easy to grab. |
Thanks! I'm glad to know it isn't considered low- I wasn't sure what the range for normal was. I think I need to eat small meals- like right now I'm hungry and I can feel myself getting light headed. So I better go snack
