You should try taking your blood pressure sitting and then standing. Some people can have a significant drop in their blood pressure upon standing. It can be caused by a few reasons, low blood sugar, dehydration, etc.
With some people calf strengthening exerises help with this. Also, wearing support hose helps.
Like someone suggested earlier, try OJ and gatorade. You can try increasing salt intake if your having low blood pressure. Try calf strengthening exercises. If none of that works see your doctor. |
