Winston is 5 months, I am using Crown Royale shampoo and conditioner. I use their Ultimate Detangling Spray and it works wonderful!!! My groomer told me to use the medal comb I bought and go easy and get the lower tangles first. Then work on the ones closer to his skin. I am not going to say it didn't take a long time because yes it did but it was worth it. Yorkies should be comb daily. If you find a tangle wet it first because pulling their hair is like doing that to ours. The hair breaks off or leaves the ends in a mess. After you wash your puppy get a good detangler to use and see if it helps. I tried the cornstarch and baby powder, it works but Winston had too much baby hair that was knotted. Hope this helps.
