We are experiencing the same thing with our Fizz. She was spayed 2 days ago and also has been having accidents. I think it has to do with the change in routine (missing her walks) and just feeling to sick to make it to her pee pad.
Hopefully it will resolve itself in a few days as others have suggested. It's awful seeing them not feeling well - hang in there!
