I've noticed most car seats are def. not inexpensive. I just broke down and finally bought one after Jackson & I's car accident. I found a Snoozer Lookout size Medium on eBay for $80, which is better than it retails for over $120. Snoozer seems to be a highly recommended brand of car seats, even though they are a bit pricey. I love ours! Even though Jackson learned how to get out of it
but he's been MUCH better, he even gets into it and lays down when he's not strapped in so he's learned to love it.
