OK, make sure your pics are the right size.
Then when you reply to a post, underneath the posting area there are all those icons for the message list, scroll down and under Submit Reply is another box that says "additional options" Click on the Manage Attachments box and the option to upload photos will open. Just browse your computer and select the pics you want to put in your post.
Make sure the pic is no more than 200kb (I think that is the size).
