Hi and Welcome to YT! Congratulations on your new puppies!

Sometimes small lumps will appear after a surgery, but it could also be an abcess or infection from a piece of stitch left behind. Most lumps from operations will disappear in time, but it is always a good idea to have your vet look at anything questionable, especially after a surgery.
