I just "saw" all you described, and that's just what Melanie does, she does look for me for safety and comfort, and the kisses, excitement! What a great journey is to be a dog's mom. I feel so stupid sometimes... My co-worker and I were talking the other day about how much we wanted to be able to give our pups a call just to see how they are doing... LOL
The other amazing thing is how much time my husband and I can spend talking about her, we go out for dinner and we all we do is talk about Melanie and can't wait to go home for kisses and belly rubs!!!
