I would have them check a stool sample for round/hook/whip worms and also for coccidia and giardia at the least.

Do not do more than one shot at a visit as they can cause reactions in small dogs.

Do not let people touch or handle your pup until your pup has finished all of their vaccinations and add 2 weeks. Very important as people always want to touch and you do not know where they have been...I treat the vet office like an ER full of swineflu people...everything around you may have been exposed to parvo....

Purchase toothpaste and toothbrush, ask if you do not have some already for nutrical in case you need it....

Do not let them talk you into changing dog food to theirs your pup is too young to change and vets push science diet or Iams and they are not the best..

Also set up for next shots, bile acid test and for spay/neuter.

Hope that helps...I am sure I forgot something...but it is a start.
