First she is still a pup at 7 months and some are quite springy...
... they usually take 2 years to "chill out" but the more hyper ones stay rather springy through most of their lives....
Is she spayed? She is probably an alpha female and they can be the hardest to control at times if not spayed. I am thinking that when you say aggressive you mean dominant/alpha. Try typing in alpha dog in a google search and check out some suggestions. You do need to get control of an alpha as they can wreak havoc in a home and within your own pack.
