I'm keeping Max in my thoughts and prayers. I know you're trying to stay strong so there's no need to tell you to do that - you're such a good momma for your boys.
I'm not familiar with dysplasia, I didn't realize it could affect the back and shoulder area, too. Were those her only two thoughts right now of what it could be?
