It's not a big deal to me really, My main thing was the bands which I love and the quality is fabulous
..I never contacted you because disposable pads are easier for me anyway. I only used the washable one once, and I may have not used it correctly because it was my first experience with a BB. I will try it one more time and make sure it's on correctly, if they work for bigger dogs then they definitely should work for Jesse!
