The only difference I see in his program and my future program is that my dogs will be much more fragile and require a lot of extra work and care on my part. I also know what you mean about being almost afraid to post about your dream. I have been in this position also. Who knows? maybe our first litter will do us both in. There's always going to be someone out there trying to poop on your party, rain on your parade, pee in your cornflakes....my advice to you is when you encounter this type of person along the way, take in anything you can from them as far as their knowledge, thank them for their input, and don't let them stand in the way of your dream or influence you to believe you are not worthy enough to do the same thing they are doing. Don't be afraid to voice your feelings, dreams, ambitions and questions.
Kimberly (txshopper) was talking about her baby Gracie having eclampisa recently and Pat (YorkieRose) said if she had a bad heart she couldnt do this. I can relate to that! My problem is that I have a real tender heart. I am tender hearted towards any animal, creature there is. I dont even like to step on ants. So being a breeder has made me one STRONG woman. I now know what I'm made of and what I'm capable of, and someday down the road, you will feel the same way too if you stay in it. Just do it for the right reasons and learn all you can first, and you'll find that there will be tons of nice people willing to help you along the way. Please don't be afraid to post about it.
