If someone doesn't ask for a dog/puppy you should not give them one as a gift.

you should know as an owner of multiple yorkies how
difficult they are to raise/train/keep up, to offer them as a gift to someone who hasn't even asked for one is a terrible idea. I understand you want to do something nice for your friends, but how long will they keep this "gift" before giving them back to you, or dumping them into a rescue because they don't want to offend their buddy?
And just to mention, they'll be 12 weeks old on/around 12 December...the worst possible time to introduce a new puppy into a home, will you be letting them go then or holding on to them until after the holidays?
