I think this is what I use, too. It's the Walmart brand of Poise incontinece pads and they work much better than anything else I've tried and much less expensive than the Poise brand name. They come in different absorbency sizes - I always buy the thickest and cut them into smaller pieces, but you could try a thinner size for little Jesse. Overall, incontence pads work much better than feminine sanitary pads IMO.
