Anyone can be taken advantage of, but deceived & lied to three times???
I have a hard time with that! When it happened the first time, the pet should have been spayed and then you mentor, research, educate yourself so it doesn't happen again.
You don't make the same mistake three times and blame it on being lied to.
I think it seems clear. The OP has stated it's hard to buy full registration from a reputable AKC/YTCA breeder without being a "friend" and so instead of taking their time and learning the ropes, they took a short cut and bought from people they didn't know enough about or anything about their lines!
