You say you "had her checked" and she is a full Yorkie? Just exactly what does "having her checked" consist of? The woman you got her from and her registration are irrelevant as you've already told us how horrible a breeder this woman is.
Sadly, you are going to justify breeding this dogs, regardless of what is said.
But fortunately, members here can at least be aware of the situation and make an more informed decision as to whether or not they want to become one of your "connections." I am very glad that some people have "nothing better to do" than expose these kinds of issues.
Saves a lot of people a lot of heartache.
