I had my Gracie on my bed from day one as she wouldn't settle down any where else. I am a super light sleeper. The first night, after letting her cry for a while I put her on my bed and she curled up on the middle of my pillow and fell sound asleep. I woke up during the night and let her out. She never even tried to get off the bed. With Cali she loved sleeping in her playpen next to my bed. But would wake up during the night so I would put her in a little crate next to me in bed and she would go back to sleep until morning. With Roxie, I had her in a crate until she was use to getting off the bed during the night to use the pee pads. With all of mine I teach them the first day to use the ramp to go up and down the bed. |
