Hi! Symptoms of a UTI would be dark, smelly urine if the infection has gotten bad, and more frequent peeing, and sometimes there could be blood in the urine too. The wetness on his tummy could be from some extra pee coming out from an infection, so I would get that checked to rule it out! It can be very uncomfortable for him if he does have a UTI. Good luck!
