Hmmm, I was having this same discussion with my dh the other night. He doesn't even want a top knot in Rhett, never mind a bow. But he just looks so darn cute in one...
But in all seriousness, who cares what your neighbor thinks? If the bow makes you happy and it's not bothering your pet, then just blow her off.
