I had the same problem with Zoe my Shorkie. She would not use the wee wee pad at all when she was loose in the house, but then we started confining her to a corralle and she started using the wee wee pad. I now have her cross trained to go outside and on a nasty day she will use the wee wee pad. I'm having the same problem with Zach our 5 month old Yorkie, not only does he not want to go on the wee wee pad, but he eats the pad. Sometimes if we're really lucky he will go on it, but then he streads it and if he poops, it's all over the floor. Do you have him confined to one area after his meals. If they have too much room they will never learn, take if from me. |
