1. It depends on the length of her face and the amount of tears that have dripped down nose. If she's having a particularly bad tearing week then i'll wash her face with espree foaming face wash when needed. Otherwise she'll just get it washed on bath day which is every sunday or monday. If she has dry crusties on her face or eye area then i just use a flea or mustache comb to comb them out and neaten her up
2. There is a tooth brush that fits over your finger that you can try.
