Hi, ok so my brother's chihuahua is about 7 weeks preg. and I noticed her licking herself more than usual. She also drags her rear end on the carpet but it seems she is targeting her vulva. My brother has been gone hunting most of the time, so I'm here tacking care of her. I checked her vulva yesterday after school and I found that on the back side, in the crease, it looked like dry blood. I was so alarmed so I tried washing it gently with warm water and soap but it's still there like she scratched and licked it too much. What can I do?? Wat can it be?? Vet appt is on fri but until then wat should I do? I put a diaper on her so she can't lick or drag her butt, but is there anything I can put on her?
