Buyers ask the breeder to have their vet sign the form when they have their last exam before they leave the breeder and come to you..Better safe than sorry... |
We have never had a problem with giving our own shots and etc in all the thirty years my husband has been a breeder. We use the same medicine the vet does and do this things with his blessing. WE take OUR records to HIM. He is wonderful and helps us in many ways. Of course, we cannot give the rabies sot. That does have to be by a vet but our beagle puppies are gone long before they need a rabies shot.
