Also, there is a lot more to whether one should or should not breed their dog besides simply it being a "quality Yorkie." IMO, chances are if the dog was acquired from a breeder that didn't have a s/n agreement or other arrangement to protect a nice line, then it's not likely a dog of a 'quality' that should be bred to begin with.
